This extremely well presented, light and airy lower ground floor apartment is part of a Georgian building situated in a fantastic location just yards from the seafront. A short stroll through quaint cobbled streets, from this basement apartment, into the centre of this bustling seaside town where there are a variety of shops, numerous cafes and restaurants to tempt your appetite.

There are 3 other beaches to enjoy including the pretty harbour beach and for walking enthusiasts access on to the National Parks coastal path where the scenery is second to none.

External steps leading down to entrance door of basement flat. Lounge with smart TV, dvd., wi fi, electric feature fire. Kitchen/dining room with radio, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. Door to small courtyard with seating. Bedroom with double bed, door to courtyard. Bathroom with bath/shower over/wc/whb. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. 3 pm takeover.
