Sarnia is a well presented terraced house situated on the approach road into Tenby approximately 10 minutes walk to the centre of this popular seaside resort and its four beautiful sandy beaches. The house is deceptively spacious with the advantage of 2 parking spaces and the enclosed rear garden is safe for children to play and for parents to relax. There are so many things for families to do in the area, come rain or shine.

Lounge with log burner, Smart TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi. Kitchen/diner/sitting room with sofa, log burner, TV, dining table and chairs, gas hob, electric oven, double doors to garden. Utility room with microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Wet room with WC and whb. Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1 with king-size bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds. Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, whb and heated towel rail. Separate WC. Enclosed garden and large decked area with garden furniture. Parking for 2 cars. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Non-smoking. 3pm takeover.
