Quietly tucked away behind old stone walls that partly surround it with a courtyard area to the front and an enclosed garden to the rear with garden furniture. Stylishly furnished to a comfortable standard with many of the modern conveniences of home. This is a delightful property, ideal for a couple with a well behaved dog. The beautiful sandy North Beach is a 5 minute walk away and Tenby Town just a 10 minute stroll with a good selection of shops, restaurants, galleries and four beautiful sandy beaches to explore.

Hallway, Blu tooth stereo. Lounge/diner, comfy seating, TV/DVD, WiFi. Dining table and chairs, gas fire. Kitchen, electric cooker, fridge, microwave. Bedroom 1, double bed, drawers, hanging space. Bathroom, bath, shower over, WC. whb. Cupboard, with washing machine. Outside, to the front a patio area with table/chairs, enclosed garden to the rear with garden seating. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. No smoking. 4pm takeover. Note: CHILD OVER 6 ACCEPTED. NOT SUITABLE FOR INFANTS OR BABIES.
