Steps from outside the apartment lead down to the public Sea Garden and award winning sandy Paragon Beach.

A short stroll takes you to the Esplanade, the South Beach and Golf Course in one direction and the pretty harbour, North Beach and town centre in the other. Perfectly situated to enjoy historic Tenby, with its shops and restaurants or as a base to explore the Pembrokeshire coast and countryside. This property has a private gated parking space for 1 car. Flight of steps into building. 2 flights of Stairs leading to apartment: Open plan Lounge/Diner/Kitchen, comfy seating, Smart TV/ DVD player. Wifi. Dining table & chairs. Kitchen, electric hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, sea views from all windows. Bedroom 1, with double bed, seating, hanging space, drawers sea views. Bathroom, bath, whb, WC. Parking space 1 car, allocated. Rent inclusive of electricity and electric heating. Duvets, linen and towels provided. No smoking. Friday changeover. 3pm takeover.
