This luxurious 2 bed apartment was originally a Georgian house which has been converted into two apartments. It is a modern, light and spacious apartment and spreads over the ground and lower floor. The property has two small private areas to sit out and is only a minute walk to the beautiful, sandy North Beach. There is a spectacular view from the lounge window and also greets you when you come out of the front door of the beach and towards the harbour. The apartment has been furnished and equipped to a 5 star Visit Wales grade with all the modern conveniences of home. Pembrokeshire has an abundance of activities to suit all families which is why so many of our customers return year after year. Tenby town which is a 5 minute stroll away has a good selection of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and galleries.

Communal entrance. Front door: Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with TV/Sky on demand, DVD player, Blu-tooth speakers, comfy seating, sea view. Gas hob, oven, dishwasher. Dining table and chairs. Utility room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave. Stairs down to bedrooms and bathroom: Bedroom 1, with king-size bed, ensuite shower, WC, whb. Bedroom 2, with two single beds. Bathroom, with bath, separate shower, WC, whb. Outside area, 2 small patio areas with seating. Parking, North Beach car park (permit in property). Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair supplied. Friday changeover. 3pm takeover.
