Mews Cottage is a nicely presented and well furnished mid terraced house is conveniently positioned in a quiet side street off Lower Park Road, ideally located for the South Beach, golf course and railway station. The property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard with plenty of room for a family to relax in. To the rear of the property is an enclosed garden and garden seating to relax after a busy day exploring Pembrokeshire. It is a short walk to the multi storey car park, Sainsbury's supermarket and 200 metres from the 13th Century town walls which border the town centre. Tenby town has a good selection of shops, restaurants and public houses, plus a pretty harbour and three other beautiful beaches to choose from.

Entrance hall. Lounge, with sofas and chairs, TV with digital Freeview, DVD, gas fire. French doors leading to Dining room, with table/chairs, door to small balcony. Kitchen, gas cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, door out to garden Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1, with 2 single beds. Bedroom 2, with 2 child beds. Bathroom, with bath/shower over, WC, whb. Bedroom 3, with double bed, hanging space. Bedroom 4, double bed, wardrobe. Downstairs, via paddle stairs (with stairgate) to lower ground floor, comfy seating, TV. Shower room, with shower, WC, whb. Washing machine, tumble dryer, small freezer. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. WiFi. Cot, highchair and stairgates available. Non smokers only. 4pm takeover.
