Overview
This superb semi detached sea view cottage is furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Set in an enviable location with fantastic sea views over the harbour, North Beach and Carmarthen Bay from many of the rooms. Just yards from the Harbour Beach and a short stroll into Town through cobbled streets to a variety of shops, eateries, wine bars and pubs. A lovely character cottage, highly recommended.

Entrance hall. Lounge with TV, sea views. Bedroom 1 with double bed, sea views. Shower room with WC, whb. Utility room with washing machine. Stairs to first floor: Lounge/dining room with multi fuel burner, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, sea views. Kitchen with large gas and electric range, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Door to outside decked area, steps leading up to seating. Stairs to second floor: Bedroom 2 with super king-size bed, TV, sea views. Bedroom 3 with two single beds, sea views. Bathroom with slipper bath, separate shower, WC, whb. Rent inclusive of electric and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Non smoking. 4pm takeover. Friday changeover.
