Charming apartment set in a Grade II-listed building in a prime position overlooking Tenby Harbour, within easy reach of the stunning beaches and bustling centre of town.

This charming ground-floor apartment is situated in a Grade II-listed building in the heart of Tenby. It is the perfect coastal retreat for families looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Located in a prime position overlooking the harbour, this seaside property is only a few hundred metres from the town’s beaches with their golden sand, clean water and stunning views. With the Pembrokeshire Coast Path on your doorstep, you can enjoy scenic walks in either direction to a number of towns and villages. You should also take a boat trip to Caldey Island and view the coastline from a different perspective.

 

Located on the ground floor of a Georgian building, this apartment has everything a family will need for a traditional seaside break. On entering, you’ll find yourselves in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner (a step separates the lounge from the kitchen/diner). Here, you can spend quality time together whether you’re cooking, eating or relaxing in front of the TV. There are two good-sized bedrooms – one double and one twin room – and a small shower room completes the accommodation. The close proximity to the local beaches compensates for there not being dedicated outdoor space with this property.

 

As well as its beaches, Tenby has so much on offer within its cobbled streets, including a range of independent shops and eateries. It is also steeped in history, so visit the Museum and Art Gallery to find out more. Another must is Tenby Castle which is a few hundred metres from the apartment and affords wonderful views. To see the coastline from another perspective, wander out to tidal island St Catherine’s, which is home to a Victorian fort, or take a boat trip to Caldey Island, owned by Reformed Cistercian monks who produce chocolate, fudge and perfume.

We noticed some improvements from our previous stays. There were some nice welcoming touches in the shape of Welsh cakes and milk in the fridge. The bed in the main bedroom looks new and is very comfortable. Some decorating has clearly been done and it felt very fresh. It also felt much cleaner. The heating system is an improvement and not having tRead moreo remember to turn on the immersion heater for hot water is good. The WiFi signal seems to be stronger and the smart TV was very easy to use. Hide

Absolutely loved it!! Its location is second to none and the car parking space is a big bonus. The view was slightly blocked by the wooden huts but that is not a criticism and we were aware of it beforehand. Importantly, the bedroom and bed linen were fresh and clean, plus ample lounge space to watch the world go by. To have Castle beach on your doRead moreorstep (one of the best beaches in UK) and one of the nicest fresh fish stalls alongside it makes this a dream holiday for us. See you soon!! Hide

The property is ideally located on the harbour in Tenby and within easy reach of all the facilities you need to enjoy a seaside holiday. Despite its busy, central location we found the property to be very quiet. It was well maintained, had all the facilities you would expect at a seaside holiday property and it was very clean and comfortable. This is a very comfortable apartment, right by the harbor. For such a central location, it is still pretty quiet. Nice kitchen, and a good shower awaiting us when we came back from hiking. Definitely a place we'd want to come back to.
