John Gwynne with zip and link beds, en suite shower/wc/whb. Stairs to 2nd floor. St Catherines with king size bed, en suite shower/wc/whb. Sea view, Caldey with zip and link beds, TV., en suite shower/wc/whb. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Non smokers. Rent inclusive of gas and electricity. 4 pm takeover.
