Grassholm Cottage is a modern semi detached holiday property tucked away at the end of a small Mews off the main road just a few minutes walk from the North beach and centre of Town. Furnished and equipped to a very high spec., throughout with a superb kitchen having integral appliances and beautifully designed bathrooms. An ideal getaway for the family with the added bonus of parking. Please note access to the property is restricted lane is narrow.

Double sofas, reclining chair and dining table with four chairs. Stairs to first floor:Bedroom 1 with double bed, TV; en suite shower, WC, whb. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, whb. Parking space for a car. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate supplied. Non-smoking. 3pm takeover.
