This luxury first floor holiday apartment is finished to an excellent standard and benefits from secure under-cover parking. Disabled lift and Internal staircase leading to entrance door. Contained within a small development of properties located within the ancient town walls and central to all shops, restaurants and bars yet in a quiet, private spot just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beaches, coastal path and 18 hole Tenby Golf Course. Offering secure undercover parking for one car per apartment, which is also serviced by the lift.

Tenby offers splendid Victorian and Georgian architecture set within Tudor town walls. It boasts award winning, white sandy beaches, has a picturesque fishing harbour with busy boats ferrying people to the monastic Island of Caldey or take a fishing trip or Island hop. Tenby is full of charming narrow streets packed with shops, galleries and restaurants. In the summer, the centre of Tenby is transformed into an 'Al Fresco Dining' area, no traffic is allowed into the town walls during 11am to 5pm in the busy six weeks school holidays. This spacious property benefits from beautiful lawned communal gardens at the rear, which are bordered by the medieval town walls.

Parking allocated space for one car. Cot and highchair provided. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Complimentary tea & Welsh cakes. Non-smoking. 3pm takeover.
