There is an option of a lift or stairs to the upper floors. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard with beautiful oak flooring, well fitted kitchen with solid granite worktops and stylish bathrooms. From the balcony there are views over the communal gardens and towards the village of Penally. This apartment has allocated parking in the ground floor communal garage and this is operated by electronic remote controlled doors. Walk out of the main door and you are in the hub of the town, cobbled streets and interesting shops with the glorious blue flag awarded North beach just around the corner. An ideal choice in your search for holiday homes in Wales.

Security camera entry system. Lift suitable for wheelchair access and Internal staircase leading to entrance door. Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with door to balcony, TV with digital Freeview, DVD player, CD player/radio/iPod docking station, small selection of DVDs, books & games, high gloss units with granite work surfaces, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bedroom 1, with double bed. Bathroom, with bath/shower over, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2, with 2 single beds and en suite shower, WC, whb and heated towel rail. Communal gardens. Secure undercover allocated parking for 1 car. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. Non smokers only. Friday changeover. 3pm takeover.
