This light and airy basement holiday apartment has been finished to an excellent standard and is situated close to the long sandy South Beach which extends to Giltar Point and the village of Penally. It is also within walking distance of the bustling town of Tenby with its selection of shops, restaurants and pubs and its street cafe culture in July and August. You can also take a boat ride to the monastic island of Caldey which is just off the Tenby coast. There is no designated parking for this property but you can apply to Pembrokeshire County Council for a parking permit. Alternatively the Rectory Car Park is nearby and open during the peak season and the town's multi storey car park is open all year round.

Wi-Fi. Bedroom 1, with 2 single beds and door to patio. Bathroom, bath with overhead shower, WC & whb. Bedroom 2, with double bed and an en-suite Shower room, WC, whb. Enclosed patio area with garden furniture. Rent inclusive of gas central heating and electricity. Duvets, bed linen and towels are supplied. Non-smokers only. 3pm takeover.
