This light and airy basement apartment has been finished to an excellent standard and offers superb holiday accommodation. Situated close to the fabulous long and sandy South Beach which extends all the way to Giltar Point and the village of Penally, this lovely apartment is within an easy level walk of the bustling town centre with its fine selection of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as its relaxed street cafe culture in the summer. The pretty harbour offers fishing trips and sightseeing tours around the bay and a visit to the lovely Caldey Island is a real treat. Whilst there is no designated parking for this property, you may apply to Pembrokeshire County Council for a parking permit, although a parking space is not always guaranteed. Alternatively the Rectory Car Park is nearby and open during the peak season, whilst the town's multi storey car park is open all year round and is within easy walking distance.
