Bryn Y Mor is an exclusive development with superb on site facilities including heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium and changing/shower rooms. No 9 has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and is situated on the ground floor of this large Victorian building and has the benefit of distant sea views. Just 10 - 15 minutes walk from the centre of town, the harbour and a choice of beautiful sandy beaches.

NOTE: Due to Covid restrictions, the leisure facilities may not always be available and may change at short notice for safety reasons. This is completely outside of our control and we appreciate your full cooperation and understanding in these unprecedented times.

Open plan Lounge/dining/kitchen with distant sea views, juliet balcony, TV/Freeview, DVD player, Wi Fi, electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, en suite shower, WC, whb. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with single bed, sea view. Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, whb and heated towel rail. Parking, allocated on-site parking. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Non smokers only. 3pm takeover.
