This delightful apartment is part of an exclusive development and has been furnished and equipped to offer high quality accommodation. It enjoys sea views across rooftops towards Caldey Island and Giltar Point and a short 15 - 20 minutewalk will take you into the centre of town, the pretty harbour, beaches and numerous shops and restaurants.

On site facilities include: heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, changing/shower rooms.

Parking allocated parking space for 1 car. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. Travel cot and high chair supplied. Non-smoking. 3pm takeover.
