This nicely presented and well furnished end of terrace house is conveniently positioned in a quiet side street off Lower Park Road, ideally located for the South Beach, golf course and railway station. A short walk to the multi storey car park, Sainsbury's supermarket and 200 meters from the 13th Century town walls which border the town centre. Tenby town has a good selection of shops, restaurants, galleries. The pretty Harbour has featured in a number of TV programmes. Tenby also has three beautiful sandy beaches to choose from.

Stairs to first floor. Bedroom 1, double bed, wardrobe. Bedroom 2, 3 single beds, wardrobe. Bathroom, with bath/shower over, whb and WC. Small courtyard with seating. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets and bed linen are provided. Saturday changeover. 3pm takeover.
