This maisonette on first and second floor is well furnished and equipped and ideally located just a short stroll from the centre of town, with quaint cobbled streets, a good variety of shop,s restaurants and bars, plus 3 other sandy beaches, a pretty harbour, golf course and access on to the coastal path.

Stairs up to First Floor: Open plan Lounge/dining/kitchen with TV/ Freesat, DVD, Wi-Fi, electric hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1, with double bed. Bathroom, with panelled bath, separate shower cubicle, whb and WC. Stairs to second floor: Bedroom 2, with king-size bed, TV/DVD, en suite Shower room, WC, twin wash hand basin. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. Non smokers only. 3pm takeover.
