Overview

Anchor Cottage is a delightful mid terraced, 4 bedroom house with plenty of space for a family of 6 to enjoy a holiday. The property has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with all the modern conveniences of home. There is a small courtyard to the rear and enclosed decking to the front of the property, ideal to sit and relax whilst watching the world go by. There is street parking (although not guaranteed) or a car park which is just a 5 minute walk away. The Co-op and garage are only a couple of meters away with a good selection of products. Train station a 5 minute walk. Tenby town is only a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by car where you will find a good selection of High street shops, restaurants, family friendly pubs and Galleries. There are four beautiful beaches to choose from and the busy harbour offering boat trips, including a trip to Caldey Island with its' monastery and beautiful coves. There are many family attractions within a 20 minute drive, such as Folly Farm and Zoo, Heatherton, Manor House Zoo and Oakwood theme park. Many sporting events are held locally like CarTen, Long Course weekend and Ironman Wales.

Stairs to first floor: Shower room, with large corner shower, whb, WC. Bedroom 1, double bed, built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2, with 4ft bed, wardrobe, drawers. Bedroom 3, with double bed, wardrobe. Bedroom 4, with single bed and a Truckle bed, drawers. Outside: Enclosed front decked area, with garden furniture. Parking, on street parking usually available, car park 5 mins walk. Train station 10 minute walk. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Non Smoking. 3pm takeover.
