Up the stairs from the shared entrance hall, step into the open-plan living space, the central hub of the apartment and ideal for everyone to socialise together. With high ceilings and ornate cornices, the large bay windows allow light to flood in and provide wonderful views over South Beach, ideal for a morning coffee whilst reading a good book. Gather together at the end of the day to watch a film on the 50" flat screen TV, or to enjoy a home cooked meal at the dining table. The kitchen has a halogen touch hob, electric cooker/oven/grill, fridge with ice box, microwave and dishwasher, whilst the washing machine/dryer is on the half landing. The twin bedroom also has wonderful sea views, and a TV for those relaxed mornings, and there is a shower room. The king-size bedroom, also has a TV, an ensuite bathroom, with a spa bath and separate shower.
