Boasting close proximity to some of Pembrokeshire’s most attractive offerings, this property makes the perfect base for exploring the Welsh county. For trips to the beach, there’s nowhere better than the sandy shores of Freshwater East, accessible 2 miles from your doorstep. Similarly, the popular town of Pembroke lies just 2 miles away, with a historic castle and plenty of shops and eateries on offer. Ideally suited to those without a car, Lamphey’s train station lies just 0.5 miles from your doorstep, offering trips to Saundersfoot, Tenby and Camarthen nearby.

This detached dormer bungalow promises most of its amenities on the ground floor, with the exception of a converted attic bedroom that’s ideal for younger visitors. Head inside to discover the open-plan living room/diner, a bright and generous space for enjoying each evening. Toss a log on the wood burner and settle into comfy sofas, enjoying the TV/DVD with your guests. Further along this floor you’ll find a charming kitchen, well-equipped with electric hob, double oven, fridge/freezer and microwave for your use, along with a washing machine and dishwasher. The first of four bedrooms is a master room with double bed and en-suite shower room with WC. Further along, you’ll find a second bedroom with another double bed and a cosy twin bedroom. Completing this floor is a family bathroom with WC and shower over bath. Finally, head upstairs to discover a converted attic bedroom with twin beds, ideal for younger visitors.

Along with a handy parking space to the front of the property, French doors in the open-plan living space lead out to a beautiful garden, furnished for your use and enclosed so children and pets can safely play.
