Beautifully refurbished house with a contemporary feel and easy access to the cove and rugged coastline. Located in the coastal village of Tresaith, perfect to explore Ceredigion coast and countryside

Once used as the former Post Office of Tresaith, this picturesque cottage sleeps five and is perfect for families and small groups. This tranquil location is steeped in myths and legends and was the setting of the Welsh Witch novel. Join the dramatic coast path from your doorstep and take in the views of the Ceredigion coastline, before returning to relax in the enclosed patio area with a glass of wine.

Bask in the sea views before heading inside to relax in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the stylish heart of the home. Finished with homely decor and thoughtful extra touches, you’ll feel at ease whether you are rustling up a meal in the kitchen or sipping hot chocolate and watching the sunset in the lounge. There are two bedrooms on the lower ground level including a bunk bedroom that’s ideally suited to children with colourful details, an additional single bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has the added bonus of an en-suite shower room and leads out into the pretty patio garden. There’s off-road parking for two cars opposite the property, and roadside parking for one car to unload only.

The village itself may be small, but there’s a friendly pub and a beautiful beach with rock pools to explore and ample space for beach games. Catch the surf, admire the waterfall, or try your hand at water sports such as sailing and windsurfing. Further along the coast is New Quay 13.5 miles away, an excellent destination for cultural events such as the annual Regatta. The streets are brimming with eateries, independent shops and galleries, and this is a great place to join a sea safari to spot dolphins, sea birds and potentially basking sharks.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

'Sea Witches' is superbly equipped and absolutely spotlessly clean. Every precaution seemed to have been taken by Mr. & Mrs Fricker to make us feel 'covid' comfortable. The location is great, with easy walking distance down to the beach, although it is an uphill walk back to the cottage. Amazing location - could not be any closer to the beach. Fantastic views from all rooms. Dedicated parking space was really useful. The owners very helpful. Both Tresaith and the nearby Penbryn beaches were perfect for the whole family. We had a great time.

An idyllic spot with magnificent views of the bay. Some lovely walks straight from the property and The Ship Inn (which you can walk to in 30 seconds) are very welcoming, including our dog, and food very good. The king sized bed is very comfortable.
