Overview
Recently renovated to a high standard this lovely semi detached bungalow is situated on the periphery of Saundersfoot a popular seaside resort. The large patio lends itself to al fresco dining and is a real sun trap. A 10 minute walk via a shortcut through the cul de sac leads directly into the village which offers numerous restaurants, pubs, quaint shops, harbour, beautiful sandy beach and well known coastal path. A fantastic pet friendly holiday venue.

Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Non-smoking. Friday changeover. 3pm takeover.
