Situated in a quiet area in a cul de sac just 500 metres walk to Saundersfoot village centre and beach via a shortcut at the end of the cul de sac. The bungalow offers great holiday accommodation in the popular seaside village of Saundersfoot which boasts a number of restaurants, bars and shops plus a pretty harbour, beautiful sandy beach and access on to the 186 mile coastal path.

Large entrance hall. Open plan Lounge/dining/kitchen with leather sofas, TV and media unit with DVD and Wi Fi, dining table and chairs, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. Patio door to garden and laundry room with washing machine. Bedroom 1 with king size bed, TV. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds. Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, whb and heated towel rail. Garden with patio, decking and garden furniture. Parking for 3 cars. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. 3pm takeover.
