With Tenby Golf Course less than a quarter of a mile away, this lovely property makes a fantastic base for a golfing holiday. Tenby offers two more golf courses at Trefloyne (2.5 miles) and Heatherton World of Activities (4 miles), as well as four beautiful sandy beaches, all within half a mile. Ideal for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the friendly seaside resort of Tenby is known for its historic buildings and a fantastic range of great places to eat and drink. Activities include water sports, sea fishing and boat trips out to Caldey Island. Other local attractions include Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (6.5 miles), Oakwood Theme Park (11.5 miles) and Manor Wildlife Park (4 miles).

A few steps lead up to the porch which takes you through into the property and the first of two lovely lounges. This is a perfect space for everyone to relax in, with a TV, DVD player, flame-effect gas fire, big bay window and plenty of comfortable seating. The second lounge features a 6’ x 3’ snooker table. You will also find a welcoming dining room ideal for sharing a favourite family meal which you can prepare in the colourful kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The washing machine/tumble dryer can be found in an outdoor utility room. Exploring the property further, you will find four light bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and views over the golf course and towards Penally. There are also two charming single bedrooms and a twin room. The property also features a bathroom complete with bath and separate shower, as well as two separate WCs.

Stepping outside, a small courtyard features a short flight of steps leading up to a charming patio garden with outdoor furniture, providing an ideal spot for al fresco meals or a glass of wine in the evening.
