Should you ever wish to escape this haven of tranquillity, you will find that you are perfectly situated to explore some of Wales' most breathtaking coastlines around Cardigan Bay, including the famous beach and caves at Llangrannog (19 miles), which can also offer the most splendid sunset. Should you wish to head inland, Carmarthenshire has plenty of beautiful waterfalls, mountain lakes and market towns to enjoy (17 miles).
