Great place to come and stay. The owners made it extremely special and decorated it for us over christmas and left us and the kids some gifts. Staying in an eco house is an experience in itself, very interesting. Loved the fact our water came from a spring. Beds were very comfortable. A lovely family home, with lots of interesting features. The garden room and garden are beautiful spaces. The pool is a good size and not too deep (1m approx). Really nice stay in beautiful surroundings. An hour to Tenby and similar journey to other places we visited but only really noticed this because we had our 4 grandchildren with us, the drive out was beautiful and roads are very good. Our grandchildren really loved the pool and playing games in what they called the garden room

This is a really special place. We absolutely loved the property: the ethos, the environment, the sense of space. You should be aware that this is a hand built house with a wonderful eccentricity and lots of stories that was constructed and lived in by an architect and his family - not a modern "sterile" holiday let. This is a beautiful cottage set in the depths of the Welsh countryside. The property is an evident labour of love, with the owners building it out of reclaimed materials, resulting in tremendous charm (at times sacrificing practically). The pool made the holiday for our kids. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
