This property has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is located in Pentlepoir Village on the fringe of Saundersfoot, and only 3 miles to Tenby. A quiet peaceful residential area, not too far from the main road but with minimal noise. A large garden with a patio area with seating to relax at the end of a busy day with country and distant sea views from some of the bedrooms. Walking distance to local Spar shop and Post Office, garage. There is a very popular Chinese restaurant and bar also within walking distance. Easy access by car or bus to beaches and all local attractions, Kilgetty is a mile away with large Co-op, bakery, pharmacy, Indian restaurant, chip shop. The seaside resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby just a few miles further on. The very popular Folly Farm & Zoo Adventure Park is less than 2 miles away and Oakwood Theme Park is also nearby.
