This delightful old cottage is the perfect romantic bolthole for a couple that want a seaside holiday with all the home comforts and the opportunity to get away with their four-legged companion.

Fantastically located for date nights by the sea, this cosy abode is perfect for romantic retreats. Sleeping two, your four-legged third wheel is welcome along too and there are plenty of places to stretch your legs and enjoy time together in the bustling town of Tenby. The pretty courtyard is brimming with lovely flora and is the perfect spot in which to sit with a drink after seaside adventures.

Climb steps to make your way inside where a stylish interior and rich colours await. Melt into the sofa in the inviting lounge/diner where the coal-effect gas fire promises to keep you cosy and you can watch TV for a relaxing night in. If it’s warm and sunny, throw open the French doors and let the fresh air flood in or step out to the garden for a sundowner drink and a snack. After cooking up a feast in the snug yet lovely kitchen, dine at the table before resting your head in the double bedroom where deep tones are livened up with splashes of vibrant colour. Payable parking is available in the local car park, 300m away.

Pack a picnic and grab your towels before heading to one of Tenby’s lovely beaches for a day of sand and sea. South Beach (1 mile) welcomes your pup, whilst North Beach (0.5 miles) and Castle Beach (0.5 miles) have summer restrictions. After a sunbathe, a splash and a stick chase, tuck into a portion of tasty fish and chips or wander the fantastic Pembrokeshire Coast Path for a walk to Saundersfoot (3.5 miles) where you can indulge in a bite to eat. Head 8 miles in the car for a dog-friendly day out at Colby Woodland Garden or make the 11-mile trip to Pembroke Castle.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Perfect little escape for us and our dog for a week with everything you need on hand and walking distance to beautiful beaches and the town centre. Immaculately clean and very convenient parking near by at the North Beach car park.

Pear Tree Cottage is situated 5 min walk from Tenby town and South Beach It is very comfortable and homely, every thing at hand all you need for a lovely holiday. It has an enclosed garden which is a sun trap and ideal if you have a dog
