Stylish first-floor apartment with sea views that’s ideal for small families looking for a traditional seaside holiday with everything on the doorstep.

The beautiful apartment, with spectacular sea views, sleeps four guests and is right in the centre of the pretty seaside town of Tenby. You’ll be less than 100 metres from a glorious sandy beach, as well as a fantastic selection of pubs and restaurants. Embrace the town’s history with a stroll around the castle ruins and ancient town walls, before pottering around the picturesque harbour (all within 0.5 miles). There are some brilliant attractions for children nearby, including The Dinosaur Park (3 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (11.5 miles).

The apartment is accessed via three external steps, followed by a flight of stairs to the first floor. Once inside, you’ll be greeted by a bright and airy open-plan living space. Large windows let in plenty of light and quirky accessories give the apartment character. Relax on the comfy sofas in front of the TV, or enjoy a morning coffee at the table and chairs by the window, admiring the property’s fabulous setting. A small balcony can be accessed via the living area – the perfect place to grab five minutes’ peace, watching the waves rolling into the bay. And, when the day is done, one double and one twin bedroom await.

Just 35 metres from the property, steps lead down to Paragon Beach and from here it’s easy to walk to Castle Beach (300 metres) or South Beach (500 metres). Castle Beach is a small, sheltered beach that is ideal for young families thanks to its soft sand, calm waters and plethora of nearby eateries. South Beach is a vast, spacious beach backed by sand dunes and is great for escaping the crowds and finding your own little spot to set up camp. The Dinosaur Park makes a wonderful family day out. Children will love exploring the woodland trails and searching for life-sized dinosaurs. There’s also an excellent adventure play area.

Bedstead in Bedroom 1 is far too big for the room (stupidly big at 8' 0" long and 5' 6" wide, far bigger than a king sized and it's 'surround' takes up more space) so you can't open the bedroom door fully to access one side of the bed! Also the mattress is EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE - I can only describe it as like trying to sleep on a 'Youth Hostel BRead moreunkhouse Bed'. After 3 nights we moved to the single beds in Bedroom 2 - NOT GOOD! Toilet position makes it impossible to open ones legs properly! Hide
