Situated within the historic walls of Tenby, this cosy and romantic bolthole overlooks the golden sands of the North Beach and to Carmarthen Bay beyond.

Experience the beautiful sandy beaches of Tenby from the comfort of this attractive apartment that sleeps two. Wake up to the sounds of the seaside town coming to life all around you, strolling down to the harbour to admire the boats before tucking into a delicious breakfast. There is a wealth of amusements to suit all interests, whether you are tempted by cliff-top walks and water sports, or would prefer to soak up some history and pick up some souvenirs.

Tucked on the second floor, your accommodation is accessed via two flights of stairs and has comfortable interiors ideal for relaxing. The lounge has a pebble-effect gas fire for cosy evenings snuggled up on the sofas, and there is a large table perfect for dinners a deux. A galley-style kitchen provides all the essentials needed for cooking up a storm, and there is a breakfast bar for light snacks and simple breakfasts. At bedtime, your bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. Completing the property is a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Bask in the sunshine on one of three beaches or take a boat trip to Caldey Island from the harbour, discovering the holy island that is home to an order of Cistercian Monks. For foodies, Tudor Square is a delight for al fresco during the summer months, or take the 3.5-mile coast path to Saundersfoot to discover the village’s gastronomic reputation. Seals can often be spotted below the cliffs, so why not don your walking boots and set off to explore? You’ll pass the ruins of Tenby’s once-proud, 12th-century castle as you go, and there are splendid views over St Catherine’s Island and beyond.

Fantastic view over the harbor and beach. Very central near pubs restaurants shops. Close to bus and train. Steep stairs to get to apartment, no problem for us. No wi-fi. Tv reception temperamental.
