Stylish property in the lovely village of Talybont with local shop, pubs and wonderful walks from the doorstep. three miles from the sandy beach of Borth; seven miles from the famous Victorian coastal town, Aberystwyth in the heart of Cardigan Bay with the sea, river and vibrant town full of historic sites, museums, galleries, shops, cafes and restaurants not forgetting the beach, promenade and marina, cliff railway and Wales’ only silver mine visitor attraction. Within easy reach you can take a trip on a steam train with the Vale of Rheidol Railway, explore the woods and countryside or try one of the many water sports on offer. Friends and family can enjoy time together, relax and embrace the scenery and culture or enjoy a more active adventure with the very best Ceredigion has to offer.

As you enter the light and spacious property hang up your coats and kick off your shoes in the porch. Walk into the kitchen which caters for all your needs with the little extras alongside with the electric oven and two ring hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and Nespresso coffee machine. The washing machine in the rear hall. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the dining table with views over the garden, and up the valley for a great start to the day. On your return after a full day relax and get cosy in the lounge with the Smart TV, sofa and cosy multifuel stove. Then there is a bathroom with a Japanese sit bath, shower and WC. After relaxing in the bath retire to the stylish bedrooms, designed for a good night’s sleep and lovely views to wake up to; one bedroom is a double and the other is a king-size with an additional single bed.

Outside the garden has lots of space, large lawn, play area with swings, beautifully planted borders and lovely views, with glimpses of red kites and buzzards soaring through the air above. You will find the charcoal BBQ, table and chairs on the rear patio area, a perfect spot for al fresco dining. Ample private parking. Please note the owners are occasionally on site though privacy is always assured.

This is a very comfortable, well equipped cottage. It is in an ideal location for touring beautiful scenery, visits to beaches, lakes and mountains. Local eateries are excellent value for money, reasonably priced and large portions. Staying in this cottage is Highly recommended..

Fantastic little cottage tucked away just enough to be peaceful and close enough to towns and beaches to be a great base. The cottage was spotless with everything you need for a stay. The information pack was very useful and gave us some great ideas for trips. The beach at Borth is only 10 minutes drive and is great for walks with the dogs and the Read moresunset in Aberystwyth is fantastic The owners are really helpful Definitely one not to be missed Hide

The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely garden to relax in. The location, on the edge of the village, is great, with lovely views and walks from the doorstep. Di and Nick, the owners, are very friendly and helpful.

The bungalow is great. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location is ideal for visiting both the coast and the Welsh hills. There are some lovely walks direct from the door which allow you to enjoy the beautiful local scenery. The hosts, Di and Nick, are very approachable and helpful. We had a lovely stay at Neuadd Fach. The property is well situated with a view of the sea from a corner of the garden. It is well maintained and has everything to ensure a comfortable and peaceful holiday. We would love to stay again.

Lovely place to stay, set in secure garden with chairs, table and bbq outside, beautiful views and lovely walks on surrounding country lanes. The cottage is well equipped and very clean and comfortable with wood burning stove which we did use in May!!
