Wonderful location. So quiet and relaxing. The dog enjoyed the beach and trying to find the rabbits. Quite a long walk to village. Plenty of walks to go on. The property was lovely. Needs a bit if a spruce up but overall very enjoyable.

An idyllic hut in a semi remote location with access to the beach but it is a much further walk if you want the amenities of cafes and shops. Probably not the best location for young children. I loved the style of the hut and would recommend it others looking for a peaceful off the beaten track holiday.

Mayfair is gorgeous, light and airy, well equipped and comfortable, and a fabulous location, just the other side of the flood defences is the beach. In the week we were there (June 2021), the beach was virtually deserted, so we had it to ourselves and our dog - no restrictions on dogs on that beach! We would love to come back again, as would our doRead moreg, she loved the bunnies running everywhere, and the long stretches of sand. Hide

The property is in a lovely spot but very overlooked by the adjacent one. The two decking areas to the rear are very close together - not much privacy. Access is via a very bumpy track that is quite tricky to negotiate at one point where it bends sharply and falls away towards the beach. When we arrived (Friday), a large digger was parked across thRead moree track where it divides into two. It didnt move until 0730 on Sunday. Meeting other vehicles along the track was challenging. This is an ideal spot for a relaxing break, although the track to the hut was a bit bumpy. We were looking for a quiet place we wanted to be able to walk the dog and also be able to get around easily, this was ideal. Clean, cosy, quiet and ideally situated on the estuary for long walks. We would love to go back again when my husband is more mobile.
