The popular seaside resort of Tenby offers plenty of things for the whole family to enjoy: boat trips; fishing trips; walking the 186 mile coastal path to enjoy the fantastic scenery; golf; and quad biking. In the summer, laze on any one of the three lovely beaches, North Beach, the pretty Harbour Beach and Castle Beach. There are many castles in the area, also family leisure attractions such as Folly Farm & Zoo, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton Country Sports Park and The Dinosaur Park are all within 6 miles. The town also offers al fresco dining during July and August when the town is pedestrianised during the day and many of the cafes and restaurants put out their tables and chairs for visitors to enjoy fine food and drinks.

Situated in Picton Road and within walking distance of the bustling town centre, this town house benefits from a garage with remote control door, ideal in the busy, summer months. Simply yet comfortably furnished with a relaxed palette of pastel shades, this is a real home from home.The main living room, with comfortable sofas and TV, is bright during the day yet becomes cosy on a chilly evening once the gas burner is lit. Through a glass door find the extra living room, allowing young and old to spread out should a little peace and solitude be required - plus there will be no arguing over the remote. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The large dining table seats eight guest, so the whole family can get together for sociable mealtimes morning, noon and night. Upstairs, find four bright bedrooms. The two king-size bedrooms both boast en-suites with a shower over the bath. The family bathroom has a bath with a separate WC. There is a bunk room with two beds, and a further twin bedroom completing the upstairs.

Outside, there is a small courtyard with garden furniture to the rear, whilst the small patio at the front catches the sun. There is extra storage space and there is a WC in the garage. There is a shop, pub, restaurant and beach within walking distance.
