Just a short walk from Tenby’s town centre, this detached bungalow is an ideal base from which to explore this seaside town and its surrounding countryside and coastline.

This cottage is just half a mile from picturesque Tenby. Here you will find ancient, cobbled streets lined with independent shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries. Tenby’s iconic harbour is a hive of activity, with regular fishing trips and boat rides to the nearby holy island of Caldey. Tenby is also home to three beautiful sandy beaches, backed by quaint cafes and with wonderfully clean waters for bathing. Set out on foot to walk the Pembrokeshire Coast Path or jump in the car to visit nearby Oakwood Theme Park or Folly Farm.

Inside, this bungalow is cosy and inviting, with plenty of homely touches throughout. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is light and bright, opening onto the garden. In the kitchen area, you will find a fridge, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Once prepared, dine at the table before settling in for a relaxing evening on the sofa. With a SkyTV and DVD, this is a pleasant space for spending time together in the evenings. This single-storey property boasts two well-presented bedrooms, one double with a built-in cupboard and dresser and one twin with a wardrobe and dresser. The bedrooms share a tiled shower room.

Outside, and reached via two steps down, a private garden area is furnished with a table and chairs for enjoying al fresco meals or cups of coffee in the sunshine. The rest of the owner’s pretty garden boasts decked ponds and flowering plants. This property benefits from off-road parking for one car.
