With golden sand stretching down to the neighbouring South Beach, this is a fantastic spot for swimming, dog walking and sunbathing. Behind the property lies Tenby’s ancient, cobbled streets, which are traffic-free and lined with independent shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries. The busy harbour offers regular fishing trips and boat rides to the holy island of Caldey, while Tenby’s North Beach provides more opportunities for swimming and relaxing. Continue along the coastline as you follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path past Monkstone Beach to neighbouring Saundersfoot, or set out in the other direction to reach Freshwater East.

Climb the steps to enter the property. Inside, this Grade II-listed imposing Georgian home retains plenty of original features, including sash windows, shutters, a grand winding staircase, wooden floorboards and ornate cornicing. Up the stairs to the first floor, the lounge is a light, bright, wonderful space for relaxing; with marble fireplace with coal-effect gas fire and two large sash windows to capture the fantastic views of the sea and give you access to the veranda. This room is equipped with a TV/DVD and soundbar. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a separate shower.
