Excellent cottage for families, very comfortable and well equipped. We ranged in age from 18 months to 77 years and we all had an amazing time. Large enclosed garden meant the children and dogs could run and play safely, baby loved the slide! Swim spa was the icing on the cake - would defo recommend this property to families

Good size base to stay, not many places to walk dogs but the large fenced in garden make up for that. Amazing property in a wonderful location with loads of different places and things to do. The house itself is wonderful and very spacious, and with the hot tub and pool table it's easy to stay entertained just with in the house. Aberystwyth is only a 15 minutes drive away and is a lovely town with lots to do.

Generally tired and in need of some updating and deep cleaning. Under equipped, for the number of people they say they can accommodate. Some of the "double beds" are not double beds, they are 2/3 size. Wondered why I was so hot and sweating in bed. Checked the mattress cover which was plastic and nylon.....hence the overheat !!!! Outside dirty tireRead mored BBQ's. Lots of stuff in kitchen all bits of this and bits of that. Generally, not worth the 2500 paid for the week end.. Would not recommend. Hide

A great cottage for older guests. For young children not so much , too many low ornaments, no toys games books etc, but too be fair this could be a result of covid restrictions, and the tree house should be removed immediately as it is definitely not in good shape. This house has everything you need. Unfortunately it's not well kept or clean. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. was expecting a high standard of cleanliness after the COVID19 out brake unfortunately that wasn't the case. The BBQ outside (disgusting) had some left over meat stuck to it, one of the rooms had an empty beer can and Pepsi under the bed. TheRead more bathrooms smell like gutter. No logs available (cold at night). Nevertheless we made the best out of it, and used all the gaming room, and hot tub. Hide

In general the cottage has a great location with ample parking. There was no BBQ operating at time of our visit which was disappointing. The open wood burner was great which made the lounge feel vey cosy during our stay. However would have liked more logs to keep it going longer.
