Thank you for your comments, Mrs James. The property DOES have Wi-Fi, so we apologise if this was not working at the time of your visit. We see this booking was made the afternoon of your arrival, so a very late booking for October half-term. Had you contacted our office, we may have been able to assist with the problem, if it wasn't a provider issue. We are advised the router is in the lounge. Heritage Park is avery popular complex of chalets, but they are quite well spaced apart. Naturally, in a complex of this type, there will be close proximity to neighbours, but each chalet has its own outside decking area and a car space andthe chalets are not on top of each other.
