Charming maisonette set in an elevated position above Tenby’s iconic harbour, close to the bustling cobbled streets leading to the popular Tudor Square with its array of restaurants and cafes.

Studded on the stunning southern coastline of Pembrokeshire, Tenby is a historic gem for couples and families seeking a staycation by the sea. This impressive building, home to four holiday apartments, is located amongst the beautiful Victorian and Georgian architecture just 0.5 miles from the centre of town, close to the golden sandy beaches and enchanting harbour. Based in a two-storey maisonette, you’ll soon be discovering the town’s fascinating history dating date back to the time of the Norman Conquest. Much of the medieval castle walls, built by the Pembrokeshire Earls in 1264 to fortify the town from the Welsh rebellion, have survived intact to the present day. The ruins of Tenby Castle are a delight to investigate, especially when followed by a picnic lunch and a cliff-top walk.

Accessed via several flights of stairs, this holiday accommodation is tucked away on the third and fourth floors of a traditional seaside building. Step inside and relax in the lounge/diner, appreciating the fresh decor, wooden floors and cosy sofas. There’s a selection of books available to borrow, a TV for leisurely film viewing, and a large window that’s perfect for watching the world go by whilst sipping your morning coffee. At suppertime, gather at the table to enjoy family feasts, followed by board games that last well into the night. Natural light streams into the contemporary kitchen, providing views across the sea as you cook up a storm using the gas hob, electric oven, fridge and microwave. Soak your weary feet in the elegant bathroom, which features a shower-over-the-bath and WC. Completing the property are three bedrooms, the first of which is a cosy double bedroom with bedroom furniture. Upstairs, the two final bedrooms are tucked in the eaves of the house with sloped ceilings, bedroom furniture and a selection of sleeping arrangements – one twin room and a double bedroom with door to cloakroom and WC.

There isn’t a dedicated outside space for the property however, the beaches are in close proximity. Pack up some snacks and a thermos of hot chocolate and venture outside to admire the scenery from the public grass verge towards the front of the property, or wander down to the sandy beach to watch the sunset. Roadside parking for one car is subject to availability towards the front of the property.

The apartment is almost directly on the harbour with lovely views. It was very well appointed with almost every thing you could need. Well decorated and exceptionally clean throughout. The kitchen had every thing you could need, two fridges one with a small freezer also included a set of scales and a garlic press! There was free parking right outsiRead morede the front door (on a first come basis) we managed to park two cars there all week with no problem but it was early season. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and the stairs were a bit of a killer but when you got up there the views of the harbour, town and beaches were wonderful. There is a large sitting/dining room room with plenty of comfy seating and a dining table. TV, good wifi throughout, board games, books, videos were available. One double bedroom was also on this floor. On the next floor there was with a double room with a futon in one room and the other room had two single beds. The views form this floor were not so good due to the small windows. Bed linen, towels and tea towels were supplied. Tenby is the jewel in Wales crown, lovely compact town with Tescos and Sainsburys and lots of pubs! The crab and lobster rolls from the fishmonger on the harbour are the best - dont miss. Will be coming again in the future. Havent add any photos as the ones on the web site are a true repsentation of the property. Hide
