Set in an elevated hillside position enjoying superb panoramic views over Fishguard Bay towards Dinas Head, Bay View is a magnificent building which has been divided into three self contained holiday apartments, each furnished and equipped to a high standard (see also J972A The Secret Garden). Access to the apartments is on foot through the communal terraced gardens, with steps and winding footpaths (which may not be suitable for elderly or disabled persons). The property has an interesting historic past, built in the early 1900s for a director of the Great Western Railway. It is also rumoured that Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor enjoyed private parties at Bay View whilst filming 'Under Milk Wood' at Fishguard in the early 1970s.

The market town of Fishguard is approx. 1 mile away offering an assortment of shops, restaurants and public houses as well as the ferry port providing daily sailings across to Ireland. The local area has plenty to see and do, including a water sports centre, golf course, horse riding, an annual music festival and the Theatre Gwaun showing films and live events throughout the year.

Note: Not suitable for children

N.B. Access to the apartments is on foot down through the communal terraced gardens, with uneven steps and winding footpaths (which may not be suitable for elderly or disabled persons).
