Property code: FB080

Spacious seventh-floor apartment with beautiful views over Carmarthen Bay to the front and Giltar and Penally to the rear; the ideal retreat for couples or families looking for a fun seaside holiday.

This top-floor apartment is the perfect base for families looking for a holiday where everything they could need is on their doorstep. Overlooking Tenby North Beach, you can be there within minutes as it’s less than 480 metres away, while the centre of Tenby is just half a mile’s walk and is traffic-free during July and August. You’ll find plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to keep you occupied, and the historians among you will enjoy the Tudor Merchant’s House and Tenby Castle. Manor Wildlife Park (3.5 miles) is bound to go down a treat with the children, as will the Dinosaur Park (3 miles).

Head up to the front door of the property via a lift or the stairs and you’re welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area where large windows offer stunning sea views from the comfortable sofas and lush countryside and town views from the dining table. Open the French door to the balcony and sit with an al fresco drink when the weather’s warm. Glossy neutral units and dark worktops in the contemporary kitchen make it a pleasure to cook in; you’ll find an electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and dishwasher, making mealtimes simple and there’s also a handy washer/dryer. The first bedroom is a king-size and has wonderful sea views and TV.  The second bedroom features two single beds and also has a TV with views over Tenby town. Stylish tiles in the bathroom create a peaceful atmosphere. There’s a waterfall shower over the bath with a handheld head so you can have an invigorating rinse or an indulgent soak.

Outside you will find a shared lawn and opposite the apartment building, there’s a public garden with steps leading down to the beach. There’s usually space for one car per flat in the car park, and the caretaker will issue you a permit; however, at busy times this might not be possible so you may need to use the public car park half a mile away (300 metres on foot) or find on-street parking nearby.
