An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with exceptional walking, mountain biking and local hacking, you can go for miles undisturbed by traffic with bridleways linking Welshmoor Common and Llanrhidian Marsh to the stunning beaches at Oxwich Bay and Three Cliffs Bay. Superb area for wildlife watching with wild ponies, birds and sea life. Visit Weobley and Oxwich Castles, The Gower Heritage Centre, the National Botanic Gardens of Wales or head to the dry ski slope at Pembrey Country Park. Discover coastal city Swansea with a range of shops, culinary delights, water sports, activities, Glynn Vivian Art Gallery and the National Waterfront Centre.

This welcoming property has stylish rooms, wonderful views and all the thoughtful little extras. The front door opens into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen area has all the equipment you need to rustle up a delicious meal with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table is the perfect setting to enjoy a meal, play a game of cards and plan your days activities. In the lounge area, relax on the comfortable sofa, read a book or snuggle up and watch a film on the TV/DVD. Upstairs, the spacious bedroom has a king-size bed. Take time to unwind in a bubble bath or take an invigorating shower in the elegant bathroom with shower over bath, WC and views over the garden and beyond.

The property, on the edge of the courtyard with livery, ménage and stable yard, has an enclosed garden at the rear, just perfect to enjoy alfresco dining on the patio with table and chairs or relax and appreciate the views over Cefn Bryn and rolling countryside. You can also take a dip in the private hot tub and savour the views. If you are keen on cycling there is a lockable bicycle store. There is ample parking available at the property.

Lovely clean well equipped cottage. Good views from the garden and hot tub to relax in. Welcome pack of presco and Welsh cakes a really nice touch. Well situated for the beaches and walking holidays.

Great communication ahead of our stay, cottage exactly as described when we arrived. Nice to be left alone during our stay, but in touch via text if anything was needed. Perfect location for exploring the Gower.

The cottage is in a wonderful location, extremely peaceful and if you're wanting to unwind, definitely somewhere to visit! The cottage itself has great facilities and feels really luxury; and the hot tub is really, really good! A great winter break. Clare was very helpful and friendly. A great base for getting around the Gower. Glorious coastal walks within a 10 minute drive. Although the pubs could not serve alcohol and had to close at 6 pm they were still serving food. The King Arthur was close and very good. The property is very well presented, and equipped. The owners were friendly and helpful when we had a couple of small issues. It is spacious for two people; however the back garden is very small if you have a dog which likes to exercise a bit. That said, it is well located and there are plenty of good walks within an easy drive.

Fabulous cottage. Cleanliness exellent!! Lovely touch receiving welcome drink , scones and milk. Claire was really lovely and was so helpful, making sure everything was ok, nothing too much trouble! The Gower scenery is wonderful , also the hot tub at the end of the day was superb!!

Ideally placed, on a working livery yard, this cottage is beautiful inside and out, a short walk from 2 lovely pubs, a local shop/garage, and a short drive from fabulous beaches. The owner was excellent in every way, available to help if needed but also left us to the holiday which was perfect. Lovely location within half hour or so of 3 fantastic beaches very dog friendly, only downside there are no walks from the cottage for an evening walk before bed for our dogs but otherwise very good
