The living area has lots of natural light with french doors opening onto the balcony where a glass of wine can be enjoyed whilst taking in the views. The high gloss kitchen with granite work surface is equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The king-size bedroom boasts a TV and an en-suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms are twin rooms which share the family bathroom which has a shower over the bath.

Outside, to the rear of the property, the medieval town walls provide a secure backdrop to lawned, shared gardens. There is covered parking for one car, and a shop, pub, restaurant and beach within walking distance.
