Immerse yourselves in the beauty of West Wales when you stay at this comfortable, two-bedroom country cottage for four in the village of Bosherston. Ideal for anyone who loves walking, climbing or cycling, the property is also just over 1 mile from the beach at Broad Haven. Plan walks along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path or across the undulating countryside, or simply sit outside in the Welsh sunshine within this delightful setting.

Find your way into this homely property, which is set next to tearooms in the village, and make yourselves at home in the lounge/diner. Watch TV in here, choose a DVD or make your own fun and settle down to a game together. Prepare dinner in the kitchen, where you will find all the equipment you need, then sit around the table to enjoy it together. The family bathroom has a walk in shower and is located downstairs. Follow the stairs up to the first floor to locate the double and twin bedrooms. Wander outside on warm days to relax on the patio and watch children play on the grass. Have meals outside when the sun is shining. You can also enjoy the outside space to the front of the property, which is shared with those visiting the tearoom. Find parking for two vehicles at the cottage.

Discover numerous walking and climbing routes from this small village in the heart of picturesque Pembrokeshire. Spend time at the National Trust’s Bosherston Lakes, which begin less than 300 metres from the cottage. Watch for wildlife and enjoy the glorious lily displays. Head into Pembroke, 5 miles away, to shop, dine out and see the medieval castle. Drive 9 miles to Manorbier to picnic at the sandy cove and surf. We had a fantastic stay at no. 1 coastguard cottage. Its in a brilliant location and the cottage is comfortable and really well equipped. Ok - so a shower would have been wonderful - but, hey, baths are good too! The benefits of this place way outweigh any downsides. Broadhaven beach is just perfection; we watched otters on the lily ponds; jumped oRead moreff cliffs; found secret coves and invaded castles and discovered the Millennium Falcon at Pembroke Dock museum! Amazing stay in a great property! Hide

An excellent location for visiting the Lily ponds. Extremely helpful owners. Stairs not suitable for anyone with mobility or sight problems.especially during the night as there is only a downstairs toilet. No Vodafone signal for at least 2 miles.
