Sleeping twelve, this superb tri-level Georgian townhouse is perfect for a family reunion, group holiday, or a couples’ get-together.

Book a group stay at this splendid period property, in the heart of the vibrant West Wales seaside town of Tenby. Head off to the six-bedroom, four-storey property with another family or two, or a party of friends. Stroll down to the beach, approximately 100 metres away, dine out in different restaurants or simply soak up the sea views from the balcony.

Enter this impressive Georgian house to discover character features such as large windows and high ceilings. Find a utility room at ground-floor level, with a selection of beach and house toys, and doors on to some decking. Head up the stairs to the first-floor accommodation, which includes a large lounge, with doors out on to a balcony. Relax in here, watch SkyTV or a DVD and throw open the doors on sunny days. Find everything you need in the kitchen/diner to whip up celebratory meals. Make your way up to the next level to discover a room with a super-king-size, four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom; a twin room and a bunk bedroom are also at this level, together with the family bathroom. Climb up to the third floor to choose between a twin and two more super-king-size rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and four-poster bed. Another family bathroom is also up here. Light the BBQ out on the first-floor balcony on balmy evenings and enjoy a chilled drink as dinner cooks. Find parking in public car parks within 150 metres.

Make the most of your central Tenby location: swim, canoe or try paddleboarding from North Beach, where you can also jet ski. Wander less than 200 metres over to Castle Beach instead to paddle, play on the sand and enjoy the island views. Book boat trips, plan walks along the coastal path and take a tour of the local brewery.
