The dining table in the kitchen allows for sociable mealtimes and on warm days, throw open the patio doors leading to the rear courtyard. From the half landing, the shower room is on the right, whilst the bedrooms are to the left, comprising one double bedroom, one twin and one with a set of bunk beds, adaptable to a variety of party make-ups.

Outside to the rear, the courtyard is great for a spot of al fresco dining should the weather allow it. Here also is the sauna, the perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day out. The outdoor utility room houses the washing machine and there is also an outside shower unit ideal for sandy feet. The small front courtyard captures the sun on a summer evening. There is a pub, shop, restaurant and beach within 0.5 miles.
