Book a unique Welsh break when you stay at this exquisite, converted chapel at Llechryd. Set within the charming West Wales village, just 4 miles from Cardigan, the luxurious holiday home, which has more than a few special touches, sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. Take two pups along with you too to explore the coast and countryside. Return home to relax, take in the picturesque views and soak up the sunshine out in the garden.

Stroll inside to discover the magic of this truly individual, holiday home, with its many wonderful features, including beautiful stained glass, old woodwork and even an original, ornate organ. Venture up to the first floor to find the impressive and capacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Whip up tasty treats in the contemporary kitchen area, dine here together too, then light the wood burner on chilly days and watch TV or throw open the doors on to the Juliet balconies to bring the spectacular views in when the weather is warm. At ground-floor level, find a handy utility area, plus your bedroom and bathroom accommodation. This includes two super-king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin room. Each bedroom has a TV. The family bathroom is down here too. Make the most of the exceptional garden space here. Watch the children and pups race across the lawn, light the BBQ and soak up the serenity. Find parking for three cars at the former chapel.

Drive into Cardigan to go shopping, dine out and visit the castle. Venture less than 5 miles to Poppit Sands when you fancy a day on the beach. Plan a trip to the Welsh Wildlife Centre 4 miles away. Head 7 miles to Aberporth to go boating, rock pooling and dolphin spotting. This location is also popular for dining.

Lovely place to stay in a great location for walks and beaches. We didn't eat out much, the facilities in the kitchen were impressive, plenty of everything and to be honest we were too pooped after all the walking to do anything but chill out in the evenings but there are some great pubs for eating in all around. Would highly recommend as a great bRead morease for seeing some beautiful places. Not recommended if you have any mobility issues as it is an 'upside down' house, but gorgeous nonetheless. Hide

As you will see in other reviews Chapel Tabernacle is a wonderful space and that is the real joy of the building. The chapel is very well equipped much better than the average rental so don't go lugging lots of cooking equipment as we did for Christmas. The kitchen has everything you need. A stunning place and so warm and comfortable. We celebrated our 50th Birthdays as a group of 6 and it was just a perfect communal space. The beds are lush. Youre nearby to the beautiful west Wales coastline. I can honestly say its one of our favourite places. Very dog friendly too

Considered chapel conversion in a beautiful location. Attention to detail is second to none. Dramatic coastal walks and endless sandy beaches with barely a soul for company. Quaint villages and welcoming locals. Whats not to like!

We had 12 days here, with our grown up kids and their partners for the first week, and it was faultless. Mat and Emma have just about achieved perfection, certainly the best holiday home weve ever stayed in, in the UK or abroad. And so dog friendly. We had a fabulous week at The Chapel Tabernacle. Beautifully converted chapel done to a really high quality. Loved our Welsh week in the Chapel. Fantastic conversion, and the best-equipped house for a family holiday i can recall. Beautiful location whether you're looking out (at one end) to the grazing cows, or over the scenic river from the other end. Lots to explore in the locality, with some truly stunning beaches 10-min drive away.

Wow! The Chapel is a superb mix of original building features and modern open plan living with quality furniture and appliances. The generous living area made for a relaxed break with plenty of space for everyone to get comfortable. The master bedroom is truly luxurious, the other bedrooms are well proportioned and comfortable. Fantastic. Amazing property, great location both in terms of setting and accessibility to plenty of the local coastline. Chapel Tabernacle is such a beautiful and unique place to stay. It has been renovated to be very modern but has retained many original features of the chapel. This property is very quirky, extremely well equipped and in a beautiful location. Whilst not being suitable for toddlers and very young children, it is ideal for families with older active children or small groups of adults who want to chill and rest their eyes on green pastures and gently flowing waters.
