Offering views over roof tops towards Caldey Island and Giltar Point, this delightful apartment is ideally situated about half a mile from the heart of Tenby where you will find a broad range of great shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartment is ideal for North Beach, a beautiful sandy beach popular with water sports enthusiasts, with opportunities for power boating, sea fishing, water skiing or simply laying back and enjoying the sun. Steeped in history and surrounded by medieval castle walls, Tenby has three further beaches, a charming harbour and three golf courses. Exploring the local area, you can visit the pretty resort of Saundersfoot or popular attractions like Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, Dinosaur Park Tenby and Heatherton World of Activities.

A flight of external steps leads up to this bright and welcoming apartment. On entering you will find the spacious lounge/diner which is a lovely space to unwind in at the end of a fabulous day. The lounge features a TV, plenty of comfortable seating and French doors opening onto a charming balcony with views over rooftops to the sea, as well as a useful dining area ideal for sharing a favourite family meal. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Exploring this light and fresh apartment further, there are two bedrooms: a double room with TV and en-suite shower room with WC, and a bunk bedroom. The apartment also features an attractive bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and WC.

French doors lead out from the bedrooms to the shared garden area. You will also have access to a variety of excellent shared on-site facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium and shower/changing rooms. Allocated parking space is available for one car.

Lovely location. Property had everything you needed and more. Very clean. The bunk beds are a bit squeaky so every time you move it wakes you up, but on the whole you really cannot fault the property or the location. Great to have parking spot too!
