No washing machine which was very disappointing especially as there were only 4 towels available for the full week. Windows and blinds could have been cleaner as there was lots of dust around and windows were not very clean We were happy with all other items in the apartment it was very comfortable and quiet which was fabulous

Lovely apartment, well equipped, and beds were comfortable (very important to us). We were worried that Burry port would be too industrial a town but we had so much fun, just a few hundred yards to the lovely beach, GREAT food everywhere we ate and close to pembrey park/ski, the wetlands trust and Kidwelly castle. The cottage was so quiet, we couldRead morent hear any noises except for the sea at night! Got food at the hope n anchor pub, the crepe house and a lovely wee tea room just on the sea front. Hide

Stayed second week of October (me and partner)... Good location for beach walks (the beach is extensive and clean) and plenty of interesting places to visit in the local and wider areas. Accommodation is very clean and well presented, king size and double beds, warm and secure. This first floor flat is a good size for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children; very well appointed and in a perfect location for easy access to the coastal path and a short walk from the town centre. Consideration for cleanliness of the public areas was very much appreciated by the permanent residents on the 2nd floor.

The Apartment was lovely, apart from the issue with the window in the en-suite bedroom. Smoke alarm is far too sensitive, went off when using toaster. Otherwise we were impressed with the property.

Quiet location excellent for us with children age 8 and 12. Close to the beach and able to walk miles in either direction on the Coastal path, bringing (or hiring) bikes would have allowed us to have explored even further. The flat is well situated. The beds are really comfortable, and it has everything you need (as long as it's not a washing machine). The shops and eateries are all a five minute walk away and the beach is the other side.of the dunes.

The property is pleasantly and thoughtfully decorated with small details, but unfortunately this does not make up for the fact that there is no washing machine and nowhere to put bikes (other than on the balcony). This is a second floor, fully carpeted flat. It is therefore not ideal for an active family coming in with sandy, wet shoes etc. Burry PRead moreort is not an attractive place and has limited facilities. Hide
