One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room and the final bedroom is back downstairs. Completing the property is a shower room and a utility room, and the garden has a hot tub and off-road parking for three cars.

The market town of Llandysul is brimming with independent shops and eateries to explore, and a short drive will bring you to Cenarth, 10 miles away. Renowned for its waterfalls and fascinating history of coracle fishing, this gem of a destination is set on the banks of the River Teifi and is a well-known salmon leap spot. Heading towards the coast, Aberporth is 11 miles away with its two sandy beaches and views across Cardigan Bay.

We were a party of 5 adults, staying in January 2023. We all had a wonderful, relaxing break, just what we needed. We mostly ate in, choosing to cook our own meals and the cottage had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed using the hot tub, taking in the breathtaking views at the same time. As it was January and particularlyRead more cold, we thought we may have struggled to keep warm, however this was not the case, the heating worked well and kept us all nice and toasty. Hide

We stayed at the end of October and had a lovely relaxing few days. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. Stunning location with beautiful views, and lots of things to see and do close by. The hot tub was perfect for stargazing. We definitely hope to visit again and will be recommending to our friends.

Fantastic house! Great surroundings of open countryside. Great hot tub in a lovely garden. Would thoroughly recommend for a weekend or longer away. Well equipped and great space inside. We used it for a girls weekend away and it was really relaxing and secluded. Thoroughly recommend!

Just returned from a 2 week stay and already missing the peace and quiet this property provided plus the hot tub! It is ideally located for both the north and south coastal paths/beaches - Penbryn was one of our favourites - good cafe too! We ate in most nights and the kitchen/diner had everything we needed. There was 8 people in our party, includiRead moreng 2 under 6's. Plenty of space in bedrooms but as others have mentioned, the living room was a tad cosy. That said, we would not hesitate to return.
