Situated in the North Gower village of Llanmorlais, this charming self-contained duplex is conveniently located for the perfect break. It offers a peaceful rural setting with picturesque landscapes and a close-knit community atmosphere. The village is known for its scenic beauty and is surrounded by lush countryside, making it an ideal spot for those who enjoy outdoor activities and nature. Close by are the magnificent Gower beaches Three Cliffs Bay and Oxwich Beach (both 9 miles) – the latter is a popular favourite with tourists and has a great bar and restaurant next to the beach. The seaside village of Mumbles (11 miles) has an array of cafes, ice cream parlours and restaurants. The vibrant city of Swansea with its marina and many attractions is 15 miles away, whilst Rhossili Bay Beach is within 13 miles. Worms Head Causeway (also 13 miles) is definitely worth a visit, providing a host of walking opportunities along with the option to view the famous Devil’s Bridge.

The property is an annexe set on two floors, close to the owner's property. It has been tastefully decorated throughout and provides a truly lovely home for couples and families. The fully fitted kitchen has a dining area, and it also has ample storage for food and drinks. From the kitchen, you will find a shower room. Off the hallway, you will find a cosy living room with doors leading onto the patio area. There is a handy cupboard in the hallway housing the washer/dryer and a separate WC. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a bath and a separate WC with a basin. Moving up to the first floor, there are two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a king-size bed and a twin room with two small double beds.

Through the patio doors in the living area is an enclosed patio with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining.

Can not recommend this property enough. Great location for visiting the Gower. The property is lovely, very clean; cozy and a very well stocked kitchen.

Amazing property, kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Wonderful hosts who make you feel welcome and do everything possible to ensure you have a great holiday. Central Location gives great access to peninsular and also main shopping centres of Swansea and Llanelli.

The best equipped cottage we have ever stayed in. Anything you may have forgotten to bring, it is already there at superior quality. We loved our stay. Close to an array of beaches, very friendly owners and of course, we all (our own dog included) fell in love with the Dalmatian Mr Macula.

This property has the most comprehensive equipment I have seen in a rental property. Top quality too.
